Before paying a deposit, ask the seller for clear written answers to the questions below.

• What exact model and configuration is being supplied?
• What is included in the quoted price?
• Who pays freight, insurance, duty, tax, port, broker, inspection and compliance costs?
• What delivery term and destination are written on the quote?
• What inspection evidence will be supplied before final payment?
• Who provides warranty support in your country, and what is excluded?
• Which routine and failure parts are stocked locally?
• What happens if the machine is late, damaged, different from the order or cannot be registered or used legally?
